SERAFIM Ltd appoints Reservoir Engineer Belfast - 01/01/2007 SERAFIM Ltd has appointed Mr Brian Arcedera, former Unocal Phillipines employee, as Reservoir Engineer. Brian Arcedera MSc is a reservoir engineer with 10 years’ experience with major operators. He has worked both in operations and in geothermal reservoir simulation studies. He holds a MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University and has expertise in programming and mathematical methods.
